This highest of grades 19 Jewel Elgin circa 1913 is truly a rare find with the Up/Down Wind Indicator. This B.W. Raymond Pocket Watch reflects Elgin’s commitment to manufacturing the highest of grade pocket watches. The Elgin’s 19 Jewel Lever Set Movement is pristine and highlighted with gold lettering and beautifully ornate damasking on the nickel plate movement. This pristine pocket watches has the most desired configurations with the rare Up/Down Wind Indicator, Pristine Railroad Dial, Keystone Railroad Case and pristine Railroad Hands. The Elgin Watch Company manufactured many models of the B.W. Raymond; very few had the Up/ Down Indicator installed making for a very rare and collectable Railroad Grade Pocket Watch. This highest of grades 19 Jewel Elgin circa 1913 is truly a rare find with the Up/Down Wind Indicator installed. This B.W. This high-grade Elgin movement is faced with this pristine quadruple sunk Elgin Up/Down Railroad Dial. This is an extremely rare dial, actually made of 4 pieces of metal soldiered together then backed with many layers of silica giving the dial that glass/porcelain finish. We have the recessed center portion for the Elgin logo, unique under the hands, not on top as usual. Then we have the outer circumference with the classic bold Elgin Gothic Arabic Railroad font with every 5-minute marker counted out in red Arabic numerals around the outer circumference. Then we have two recessed sub chapters one at the 12:00 position for the Up/Dn Indicator, then we then another sub chapter for the second hand at the 6:00 position. This Elgin Dial is truly are rare find in such fine condition, with no issues. The dial is both beautiful and the height of functionality. This antique Elgin Pocket Watch is stunning and shows just beautifully, sure to not disappoint.

This pristine Elgin 19 Jewel B.W. Raymond Movement is housed in a beautiful Keystone Case Co. Case. The case is the popular Mainliner style in a 10K Rose Gold Fill finish. This railroad case is highly desired and in excellent condition. The Mainliner is one of the more popular of Railroad Pocket Watch Cases and this is an excellent example. This stunning Rose GF Elgin Mainliner Case is a size 16 case measuring 2 inches in diameter the most popular size Railroad Pocket Watch manufactured. To highlight this pristine Keystone Railroad Case and dial we have the original blued steel hands in excellent condition, this extra high grade Elgin Pocket Watch again shows just beautifully. This Elgin B.W. Raymond Lever Set Movement is in pristine condition. We have the beautiful antique damasking on the nickel silver plates highlighted with the gold lettering, just beautifully crafted. Then we have 19 extra fine Ruby Jewels with a Motor Barrel for added accuracy and is also adjusted to 5 positions and heat and cold. Then we have a Double Roller, high-grade Micro Regulator, Gold Balance Weights, Gold Jewel Settings, Gold Center Wheel and Train with a Steel Escapement all designed for extreme accuracy.
