This movement is in excellent condition and the damasking on the nickel plates is just beautiful without reckless jewelers’ marks or corrosion.

We are pleased to be able to offer for your consideration an antique Waltham Pocket Watch Model 625 with a beautiful high grade 17 Jewel Movement. This antique Waltham Pocket Watch is a size 16 measuring 2 inches in diameter, the most popular of sizes. This Waltham Model 625 is pendant set and stem wound. This movement is in excellent condition and the damasking on the nickel plates is just beautiful with no reckless jewelers’ marks or corrosion. Hopefully the many pictures and extreme magnification will help tell the story of this fine 106 year old antique Waltham Pocket Watch.
The Waltham Model 625 is housed in a Dauber Case Co. Case, classic and in good condition with a hinged back cove and inside dust cover. The inside dust cover has the inscription as this pocket watch was once a presentation gift in honor of 32 years of service, the photographs are clear enough to read. The back of the case also has a ornate personal monogram with the initials CHS. The Waltham Dial is referred to as double sunk with the highly desired Waltham Arabic font. The Waltham stylized dial is pristine; the double sunk dial has a raised outer circumference of the Arabic numerals then a sunken center for the Waltham logo, then a sunken sub registers for the second hand. Along with this beautiful dial we have beautifully blued steel hands that are original to this piece. This 106 year old antique Waltham Pocket Watch shows beautifully has just been serviced and is an excellent timekeeper.
This very collectable American Waltham Pocket Watch Model 625 is a fine example manufactured from 1903 – 1932. The movement has 17 jewels, adjusted to 3 positions, double roller, adjusted to heat cold with Isochronism’s. This timepiece also has a high-grade regulator, solid gold balance weights, gold jewel settings, gold center wheel with a steel escapement. I tried to capture this fine timepiece in this series of pictures for you.
