This fine movement is housed in a beautiful and desired Elgin/Keystone 10K Yellow Gold Fill Railroad Case, Style 3056 and named the Streamliner first introduced in the early 1930’s. This fine Elgin Railroad Pocket Watch has the highly desired configuration with the pristine Boxcar Dial, Grade 571 Movement, beautifully blued steel Railroad Spade/Whip Hands all housed in this fine Streamliner Case. This extra fine Railroad Grade 571 Elgin Pocket Watch is lever set and stem wound and is a size 16 and measures 2 inches in diameter the most popular of sizes. This Elgin Dial has the dp design under the Elgin Logo, for the Dura Power Mainspring, a newly developed alloy, stronger and more flexible for added accuracy and dependability. This fine movement is housed in a beautiful and desired Elgin/Keystone 10K Yellow Gold Fill Railroad Case, Style 3056 and named the Streamliner first introduced in the early 1930’s. This Elgin Railroad Dial is in pristine condition bright white and without flaws. The Elgin “Boxcar” Railroad Dial has the classic bold and functional Arabic font. This Elgin Dial is referred to as single sunk dial with the Elgin logo and the Dura Power dp Logo in the center of the dial with a black circle painted around the center circumference. Then we have the Elgin Arabic numerals around the outer circumference with a recessed sub register for the second hand. This dial is made using two copper plates, and then baked with many layers of Silica to give the dial depth and this rich finish. This beautiful dial is highlighted with the original heat-treated blued steel Spade/Whip Railroad Hands again in pristine condition. This all-original Elgin Pocket Watch is in just excellent condition and shows beautifully.

This fine Elgin 571 Movement has the wide Shadow Line damasking and is in excellent condition without reckless jewelers tool marks or corrosion. This fine Elgin Grade 571 Movement has 21 large fine Ruby Jewels and the Dura Power Mainspring and is lever set and stem wound. Then we have the, double roller, safety pinion, high-grade micro regulator and gold balance weights with flush jewel settings with a gold center wheel and train. This Elgin 571 Pocket Watch is also adjusted to 8 positions and temperature all designed for extreme accuracy and dependability. This has just been serviced and will continue to be an excellent timekeeper.
