This Elgin Railroad Dial is clean, bright and just gorgeous! This dial is referred to, as a “Montgomery Dial” is one of the most popular of all railroad dials manufactured. This Elgin Montgomery Dial has the bold Elgin Arabic numeral font; with each minute marker in Arabic numerals and every 5 minute marker highlighted in red around the outer circumference. This dial is referred to as double sunk dial with a sunken center for the Elgin logo the raised outer chapter for the Arabic numerals and then another sunken sub register for the second hand. This is actually 3 soldered pieces of metal with many layers of silica backed to create this fine porcelain finish. This Elgin “Montgomery Railroad Dial” is classic and one of the most popular railroad dials manufactured and a rare find in mint condition with no issues. Along with this beautiful dial we have the original hands beautifully Blued Steel Hands ornate and in excellent condition. This timepiece shows just beautifully and is again an excellent timekeeper.

This Elgin movement, dial, hands and case are all in just pristine condition.
